These lyrics are too vague and leave too many questions unanswered.
I agree with the intentional pregnancy interpretation. Otherwise the letter she writes to the homeless man makes no sense and is way too creepy.
But this doesn't explain why she knows the hotel so well. Has she been sleeping with all the homeless men in town in that hotel trying to get pregnant and we're only hearing the story about the guy that knocked her up? Does she work there? Why does she know it so well?
Does she currently want to make love to him or is she just reliving the past when she says that's all she wants to do? The lyrics seem to say she doesn't want anything to do with him.
The fact that this song was written by a man only adds to the confusion, because men can't have children yet.
@identificator Repeating the chorus doesn't mean they have sex again. It's just him remembering what she said now that he knows her ulterior motive. It's not surprising that the song was written by a man. After all it makes the first person character look pretty bad.

@identificator The place she knew well is a rhyming lyrical device. If she made a habit of this behaviour she wouldn't even know whose child it was.

It has to be said this does enter bizarro territory at the finish, where it is revealed she only wanted this fellow for his live sperm, nothing else, despite the subtly as a sledgehammer expressed pleasure and emotion of the encounter. Could have just as easily gone to an IVF clinic.
