I think this song is more about the feeling you get when listening to a song especially one that you can relate to. I think the salty eyes refers to the fact that you're crying because either you've just gone through something like a breakup and the song is a sort of comfort for you or it just feels that good you are brought to tears(I know certain songs do that me for me). It brings back memories, it makes you feel like the person is singing this song just for you.
I think the part about the walls and ceiling not giving is about how you are either blasting the music so loud the foundation around you could give in or the fact that you are singing at the top of your longs, maybe even both.
