This song is pure garbage, and probably the worst piece of shit AM! has ever released. I seriosuly have trouble listening to this song, despite the fact that they are probably my favorite band. There is so much more that can be said about the outrages of war being advertised to young people, how they go into the army without anywhere else to turn, about how war ruins young people's lives. No, but what does the lyrics say? They complain about how Yahoo won't let the boy's FAMILY access his email account? Who gives a shit? I can't tell who this song is directed to? Is it directed to the two-faced media who fakes caring about the dead soldier, is it directedto war itself, to the outrages of war, to tell people not to join the army? What is this song saying? I think it's specifically against the media, but it says so much more about the war that it clouds and almost doesn't even indicate the meaning to this worthless song.
Yea I agree that it pretty much sucks. I think the lyrics are kinda funny but it just is a bad song, they cheaply incorporate a lot of stuff to try to make it sound like a hit, but I think it is lame, it's one of their only songs that I change when it comes up.
