i think that the relationship has ended. the person singing the song has been dumped. thed dumped did something to hurt the dumper but isn't sorry and is saying even if you asked me back i wouldn't take you. i thinks its all about revenge and being bitter but feeling no remorse for the 'enforced karma' the dumpee inflicted on the dumper.
