I kinda see something different in this song. as a whole humans are curious to find whats underneath the visible spectrum. as when she says "a different dimension we've yet to define".
She is stating her vulnerability of being a human in most of the song. i think most humans are curious in many different dimensions.
The "like you" lyric does sound like shes talking to someone specific but it doesn't mean its a significant other. either way. holly brook is great!!!!! she sure knows how to write great music.
