I see it completely differently. You guys don't understand Billy Corgan. Almost every Pumpkins song is somewhat cluttered by depression. I'm not going through it anymore..but i have been heavily depressed before. "I'm just living in my head" is really a feeling that i had. When you're in this depression you're disconnected. and you seem dead to practically everybody. So this seems like him shouting back at everybody..and at the same time shouting about the idiocy of depression. The Everlasting Gaze is an everlasting vision of hopelessness and no destination.
