I actually feel like shes talking about herself, as Prettyinpunk mentioned.. I feel this song is about how shes gotten herself into something thats too deep....."Light up another, I can taste the filth inside.." Maybe drugs of some sort.. But I think its about how she slowly changed into someone that she used to hate and now her friends, and all who were once close, slowly drifted away. Or if they just don't realize how far she is falling.
