I think, in this track, one of the brothers ( i beleive Long-Arm, who has fallen in-love with Cecillia) has found Cecillia in the snow, and is contemplating whether or not to take her to the Blood Machine where Butchie holds one or both her brothers as hostage. In the end, despite beleiving that he is failing in his race for death, and with the threats of his brother (who wants to kill him) ringing in his ears, Long-Arm leaves Cecillia asleep, thinking to himself that his actions can only be right or wrong, and so in time he will find out.
