i toally 100% agree with 4saken....
A strong love at one point, but time (or whatever) as made him think about moving on. He doesnt' like thinking these thoughts, because the good times were great, and he would like toget back to that...but no matter what..."it hides"..."making life a grind"
"I dreamt of this so long" - refers to when it was strong...it was great..."No I don't hate...." means he doesn't hate her...might in fact still love her, but maybe just loves her but not the relationship (cause it died, faded...or whatever)
