Okay, so I reckon it's about a guy who loved a girl so much that he give her everything - "he thinks i gave her my heart she tasted my blood" (which is what he's thinking, for the record.).
She ditches him and he feels like he's lost everything so he thinks the only thing left to do is kill himself - "the road he must take/the road that will lead to the end".
So he dies unhappy and sad "he'll never know peace in his lifetime". Then the walls, I see as metaphors for all of his love and life built up into this relationship, only to be smashed down.
