oooh! i never even thought this song could be about God...but I guess since i'm listening to it right now, i can see it! But I still like to think about this song being about him wanting to know what it would be like to be with whoever he is talking about but she is or has already been involved with someone else...but then he does say "i want you and i want him..." then the whole hallelujah part doesnt really make sense in my mind so maybe it is strickly religious...either way, i love this song!
