It obviously is about a pedophile wich travels to far-away countries to abuse child prostitutes.

It also deals with a mother wich has no choice other than putting her daughters in this nasty work in order to make enough money to survive.

The 'No protection' line can be interpreted two-fold:

1. The victim has received no protection from God (or from any people).
2. No condoms were used.
