The things you're doing are illegal in your own country
So you travel around the world looking for your heaven
Little girls are waiting there forced to be abused by you, yeah

It was their mother, she made them scream
Even though they were all she had then
But she needed the money if she wanted to survive
So she had to be selfish and gave her kids away
Gave her kids away

And as she's sitting there, she's playing with her girlfriends
She's playing with her dolls and tries to catch a butterfly, yeah
But when the monster comes in, she has to put on make-up again

It was their mother, she made them scream
Even though they were all she had then
But she needed the money if she wanted to survive
So she had to be selfish and gave her kids away
Gave her kids away

And as you're lying there the sheets you lie on are full of blood
The cross you pray on but where's your god
But there was no protection
No there was no protection
There was no protection, no, yeah

It was their mother, she made them scream
Even though they were all she had then
But she needed the money if she wanted to survive
So she had to be selfish and gave her kids away
Gave her kids away

It obviously is about a pedophile wich travels to far-away countries to abuse child prostitutes.

It also deals with a mother wich has no choice other than putting her daughters in this nasty work in order to make enough money to survive.

The 'No protection' line can be interpreted two-fold:

    1. The victim has received no protection from God (or from any people).
    2. No condoms were used.

As Shunt already remarked it is about a pedophile.

The children don't have any protection against this man. Even their mother can't protect them, because she desperately needs money. So desparately that she allows her children to be abused, just to be able to survive. Also there wasn't protection from a god or anyone else.

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
