There's a couple lines were I can see the meaning being about losing one's virginity...he talks about 'where it was lost' in quite a few...and then he mentions that paying for it doesn't count. But I think looking at the whole song, it really is about reminiscing about the good old days, and all the fun that was had back then. Now, it's more than likely that losing his virginity was a part of thost good old days....
