First of all, on most system songs in my opinion you must listen to the WAY the song is sung and presented as well as the lyrics.
"For today we will take the body parts and put them on the wall"
Reference to how the great wall of china was built, Countless deaths from an oppressive government simply to build a wall... they had so many dead and considered by the current dynasty "unworthy" that they buried them in the wall itself, signifying that it was not only their lifes work, but they themselves as human beings were reduced to that meaning and value, the wall which protects the nation from something they never needed protection from in that way, IE metaphor to an american soldier currently.
"For treated indigenously, digenously
Human right is private blue chip, pry"
Indigenously is an adjective that at its very base describes whatever comes after as a property. Humans and indegenous to earth. this line says that human right is indegenously PRIVATE, the sentence in a very artistic way claims the "blue chip" (read about verichip) will pry our proprietary rights away.
"We're the prophetic generation of bottled water, bottled water
Causing poor populations to die, to die, to die"
Expression of escapism and its effect on the general social stratosphere. Bottled water represents something that is natural and usually free, presented in a different way and environment by people who want to profit off of it, and how we let it be served to us and accept it and PAY for it. We are making the natural unnatural, it is being pushed on us and we accept it, we are so busy with our own little world we barely notice the manipulation, we can have DRINKABLE water that dosent need to be bottled, it should be one of our indegenous rights... however that is not the case, the most drinkable incur's a fee.
(For treated
indigenously, digenously) (Human right is private blue chip, pry)
"You, you went beyond and you lost it all Why did you go there From
beyond you saw it all why did you"
You (public) are allowing/doing things that you KNOW will cause calamity in a social environment, yet you let it happen anyway, like the soldier who decides to fight in a war he dosen't believe in just because he sees it as the quickest way for him to have a comfortable life (ties into the escapism as well).
"We lost consumer confidence in casual karma, casual karma
Confetti, camouflage, camouflage, the flage, the flage"
Everytime the government is beggining to be analyzed a bit too much, and reprucussions for their actions begin to surface... just when we begin to prosecute for the CRIME and FELONY of invasion of privacy in which the CIA is guilty of COUNTLESS times in OUR OWN country to citizens that are INNOCENT and done when they have NO WARRENT.... a war breaks out.
(For treated indigenously, digenously)
(Human right is private blue chip, pry)
We're the prophetic generation of bottled water, bottled water

"She lost her mind
Someone kicked her into the back of the line
She lost her head
When they called and they said that they thought he was dead"
Describing ficticious girl that lost her soldier boyfriend to the war, our great wall, our escuseless source of death. Its in the song to display the consequences of his actions... and to display that soldiers aren't unnamed faces that die, just because you don't know someone dosent mean they aren't alot like you, theya re someones father, someones uncle, someones brother, someones sister, someones boyfriend someones girlfriend, someones child... They are you, They are me, and they are dying MOSTLY for vain and useless reasons... for rich spoiled politicians, for the corrupt... for the heartless, for the illogical moral vacuum that is quickly consuming this nation... Something like this happened to rome before it fell too.
"Dreaming of screaming
Someone kick me out of my mind
I hate these thoughts I can't deny
Dreaming of screaming
Someone kick me out of my mind
I hate these thoughts I can't de--"
This one strikes home with me... day in and day out all these thoughts and more that are in this very song strike me... strike through me, I feel it, I watch calamity and hopelessness spread like a voracious social cancer... and it seems no matter what I do to fight it everyday in my small 24 hours... its more like watching it happen, your words are ignored by everyones ears and after a while... you simply do not want to think it anymore... you want to escape, like everyone else has been trying to.
"We lost consumer confidence in casual karma, casual karma
Confetti, camouflage, camouflage, the flage, the flage (For treated
indigenously, digenously) (Human right is private blue chip, pry)

Dreaming of screaming

You will take the body parts and put them up on the wall And bring the
"dark disaster"
The end, of civilization maybe, a dark age? the end of the world? the end of man-kind? Its the fault of both who work on the wall and those who let be commanded to bury their own in the wall... there is no pride in this, there is no honor.
War is nothing but murder in disguise of vain and disgusting rightiousness.
This is what these lyrics mean to me, thats what they speak to me... just thought id share....
Spot on, for the most part. I think you have misunderstood the following line, however.

A "blue chip" is a term used to refer to a stock in a company that consistently yields a profit. I think these lines are basically pointing out how basic human rights are trampled upon, stripped away or simply ignored in the pursuit of greater profits. I think it clearly relates to the rest of the song as you have explained it.

Otherwise you've interpreted this song exactly the same way I do. This song speaks to me like few others do, and is one of the only songs I've ever heard that no matter how many times I hear it still evokes an emotional response from me.
Also, I never took the opening line to be a reference to the Wall of China specifically, but the rest of your explanation ties into my interpretation perfectly. I've always felt this line, when looked at with the rest of the lyrics as a whole, is more a reference to how private interests wage war for their own benefit at the expense of everyone else, and how this is painfully apparent to anyone who pays even the slightest bit of attention to what is going on.

Thus, "we will take the body parts" (private power will send people off to die/will kill for their own benefit) "and put them on the wall" (and will do so with their motives openly displayed/will take little if any effort to hide the ttrue reasons for doing so, and people will just go along with it anyway).
I agree with PlutoniumHotRod's blue chip. Proof of this is the fact that the state invests so much in covert operations, investing for/from privacy. Information after all is power.

The Great Wall is spot on. That, I think, was the literal subject of the line, standing as metaphor for US wars of aggression putting soldiers' "body parts" "on the wall" and honored as if they did serve the country when in fact they died for "bottled water," a baseless sense of security that costs millions of lives....
