to me the chorus is like.. the person she's talking about always does or says things to make her angry or upset and when this happens she leaves or tries to leave.. but the other person wont call after her because it doesnt really bother them that much that she has left, or they know that she'll be back anyway.. because she cant be without them... and it just keeps repeating like that.
