This song is so beautiful. I’m surprised there aren’t that many comments on it. It’s also one of Dave’s favourites on the album. It’s extra special because John Paul Jones (from led zeppelin) plays piano on it (Dave’s a huge led zeppelin fan – he sold his soul to the band when he was 17).
I have no idea what the meaning is. Maybe he’s just referring to his whole life in general and everything amazing that he’s been part of from nirvana to foos and how it just feels like he’s got his hands on a miracle.
