You have no idea what you're talking about, or understand the band, for that matter. Look at the motives for this album. "El Cielo" sold 20,000 copies at most. The band was given one more shot to make a successful album. "Catch Without Arms" is really an album to keep dredg alive, and it is necessary to expand to a broader fan base by changing the songs to be more open to a larger audience. I've seen it happen: tons of people who didn't give a crap about "El Cielo" actually liking "Catch Without Arms". And "Catch Without Arms" is by no means a compromise of their sound. It's a very good album by the standards that modern music has sunk to. Sure, it's no "El Cielo" or "Leitmotif", but it's a great album. I do agree this track is one of the weaker ones, except for the instrumental section at the end. But the album evens out with the amazing tracks like "Ode to the Sun", "The Tanbark is Hot Lava", "Bug Eyes", and "Sang Real".
