I'm guessing that it's about a guy called Danny who's bored of his "scene" (God, I hate using the word "scene" when I'm not talking about theatre) but he's only nineteen, so I think they're implying that he's getting a bit big for his boots and being all "Yeah, well I'M nineteen!" so then, presumably, LTJ would say "Well we're in our thirties and we're not bored yet, so stop your whining!"
