This song reminds me of I Kill Children with the references to dead kids....i think that Jello is trying to say that a lot of managerial type people are more concerned with money than with the safety of customers or indeed their mortality. Its so funny though when he says "crushed little kids adorn the boardwalk" with that really happy voice
