massengrab is (as you stated) the direct translation of "massgrave". it is not by any means a reference to the nazi regime, but one to the high bodycount of the rammstein accident (70+ or so). nazis had to use massgraves to bury their deads, but they didn't invent them or the term...
rammstein doesn't have any references to the nazis in their lyrics. (although they indeed play with their behavior and style)
