All other explanings are good, but this one is wrong. It can be written "Sie sind Gott los!" either and that means they don't have to disposed god, so they don't have to bear him anymore. This is a great wordplay.
I think that my intepretation is right, because "They are God. Go!" doens't make any sense at all ;).
