i agree with nothingmatters, the 1st verse seem to start the story, telling us she's already dead, and the 2nd expalins why. people made her feel she was useless and so her responce was a gunshot to her head.
"And then, it's all blown away. With you or us all." meaning she died and everyone was blown away, shocked by the result, and they speak of the incident no more: "And no one says a word from there on out."
all the time he knew she was really beautiful on the inside and everyone else is messed up, killing their heroes, the people with great potential, whatever.
