i dont know how much about suicide this is, so much as it is about anxiety. not just because he says so in the last few lines, but because the whole song seems to outline the kind of thought process that might be influenced by anxiety issues.

when you have a panic attack, you just lash out, you lose control.
"I just wish I could just show you what a huge problem this is. "
It's hard to explain to people why you freak out over the littlest things. but it does happen, and it is a serious problem!!
"I keep thinking about, right now, all these awful things, and I don't believe it Where do I have to go so it'll stop? "
depression is kinda linked with anxiety..
and throughout either your mind just goes.. wild with a lot of negativity.
