As has been said before, the mp3 that you have is something that Rammstein recorded for its English-speaking audience, so they couldn't just directly translate the German version into English, since it wouldn't rhyme.
I have to say, however, that I don't find the recorded English version anywhere near as good as the German original. In the German version, you can literally feel that on one hand, the author of the song despises angels, but on the other hand he pities them...
