The chorus: "I feel the reason as it's leaving me, no, not again ,It's quite decieving as I'm feeling the flesh make me bad" is about him trying (unsuccesfully) to resist cheating, like he starts off telling himself that it is wrong, but as soon as she starts rubbing against him and shit, he looses all sense of reason and right and wrong.
