Hey, it seems to me like som kind of weird schisophrenic's confession.. like Franz Kafka described in 'Metamorphosis' (well, if anybody of you ever heard of him - leaving alone if anybody read the book at all).
Then that's simply why the song's called Duality - you live your life divided into 2 characters (ordinary human being & fucking insect or kinda disgusting maggot)...
