personaly i thougth that the enlish version of the song (the one that MrClown was talking about) is actualy a pretty good translation save maybe for the first two lines...
as for meaning.. its a typical anarch song, pressing that they he doesnt want to be and angel... pretty simple... probobly has more personal meaning to the singer then anyone else could possible place on it though.
i would say that whoever re-wrote it for the English Speaking Masses did a very good job.
