"Don't let me second guess what I know to be real". Amen to that.... "I cannot pretend that everything makes sense, but does it really matter now?" to me that part is like he's saying he can't explain everything or even pretend to have a tiny idea of the answer to the theological questions. but you get to a point where it doesn't really matter anymore. You get to a point where religion and beliefs fade away and all that's left is you and god and faith... that's when it's beautiful.
