I hate to disagree with you rockstar001, but I actually think this is one of Sabbath's more self-explanitory songs. It's about some time when Ozzy was drunk or high or something, and he had hallucinations, such as, "Fairy boots were dancing' with a dwarf." The final 4 lines explain it perfectly:

See what he could give me
He said "Son, son, you've gone too far.
'Cause smokin' and trippin' is all that you do."
