I'm suspicous that the line "Fifteen stitches and a soft parody " has to do with a joke gone bad, and ended in violence. Perhaps this joke was told to test if she would ever show feelings to anything and hence she reacted and caused '15 stitches'. The rest of the song seems to describe where chino is comming from, about how she never shows emotion, 'timing is everything in bed, Cause you sleep for hours to keep away'. At the very end of the song, Chino breaks out with being surprised about how he never thought she could fall in love. With all this explaination of my interpretation I have no idea how the name of the song is linked to the lyrics...
