I've been a drummer for about 8 years and i have ot say that most of my drumming sounds like Chad Sexton's, and he is really amazing in this song and ive memorized the solo to the live version on their cd. I thinkthat this song is basically saying that their are so many aspects of science that we dont really notice and yet it runs our life all day long and night. Without science, these songs that we have all come to love wouldn't be here, and 311 says that we sometimes dwell on the science of things but then forget it later. If we dont forget then "the soul of sweet delight on you will shower".....
