This is prolly the worst meaning, but I am just going to say it anyways, cuz im bored and I actually belive it to be true.
I think that this is a song about a soldier talking to GOD, his god.
Most of the wars in the world have been because of religion, an example is the Armenian Genocide, the Turkish Goverment wanted an Empire with one religion and one language. (check the lyrics for PLUCK and find out what im talking about) .
"Stay away from me, I got a disease" - OK, so this soldier is saying to people, to stay away from him because he has a disease (duh). The disease is that he only wants to live with one religion, he belives in it so much that he thinks everyone that doesnt belive in it is an enemy.
"Fuck you" - Directed to his god.
"For putting hate in me" - for making him belive in it (religion, idea) so much that he killed for it.
"For putting faith into me" - For making him believe something. Suicide bombers for example believe that if they blow themselves up, they will go to heaven and their parents and everyone would be taken care of.
"Everyone is sleeping" - Everyone dead. After this solider kills everyone that he thinks is an enemy, he realizes that it dident make his life any better and realizes what hes done.
