hey, savemefromtears, here's something that might encourage you a little bit. I recently emailed Mike Kinsella and explained to him how much I appreciated his music and how it got me through some truly difficult times. He responded by saying, "wow.....you just gave me a reason to wake up tomorrow morning."
It just goes to show that everyone means something to someone...even if you've never met or heard of this person in your life, you will always inspire someone by simple continuing to persevere from day to day. I have gone through times where I've felt like life couldn't have handed me any worse cards, but when I look at the big picture i realize how lucky I have it to even be given the choice of life or death. Some who die deserve life, and some who live deserve death;but, it is not up to us to decide who deserves what. Life is a bitch sometimes (i won't pretend like I know what you're going through completely) but things have a tendency to work themselves out in time...that can mean days, or it can mean years. Life has been good enough to give you inspirations, like this music..and there are certain things worth living for. This music only has meaning if someone is alive to relate to it.
