I can't beleive nobody said anything about this song. In my opinion, it is the best song of Altars of madness.
How about chapel of ghouls and lord of all fevers and plague? Also great songs! and Immortal Rites also very great.
Fast and brutal. Anyway, I can't exactly decipher its meaning, but it's probably a metaphor for extreme torture both mental and physical.
The song is inspired by Hellraiser 1 and 2.
