It's quite obvious this is vampiric song, but here satan himself gives immortality to his followers (instead of count dracula or some other fucker) who eagerly embrace it. Anyways great melody.
I don't think it's about vampire.I think it's about succubus. A succubus is a female demonic legendary creature who seduces men in sleep. They are a sort of infernal creatures very similar to the vampires.
The beast, probably Satan, appears and starts the ritual to offer them the eternal life. A life made of Lust, Sex and Sodomy.
