this is my favorite converge song.....ever
yet another example of beautifully penned poetry that is rendered totally indecipherable by the merciless brutality of converge. and also like many other converge songs, it deals with the times when love and hate aren't so very different... at least that's it to me: an imminent separation or breakup and how it makes you feel about the other party, for better or for worse.
I love this song. It's one of my all time favorite albums. Unfortunately, the rest of the album is mediocre to poor. I'm not a huge fan of Agoraphobic Nosebleed and the other Converge songs just didn't do it for me. Thank god Jane Doe followed in the footsteps of this song and not the rest of them!
another great converge song. my favorite actually. i think this was a good cd. agoraphobic nosebleed is the shizzle. as is converge.
Amazing song. I prefer the live version from Petitioning the Empty Sky just because you can really hear the sick freaking scream right at the start better.
YO - the live version of this on "unloved" is fucking ridiculous. oh my god i'm glad i didn't have it turned up when i first played it.
