i think anti-flag should have sort of organization to protest and try to change things. Now that would be awesome. Or maybe all the people that believe in this should all form one group by themselves and stand up for whats right.

He's basically saying all this shit is happening and no one does anything or even cares (our governments, for example), so it's time to make a stand.
The song is also about the culture of Capitalist society - how increasingly people are simply concerned with the purchase and consumption of consumer goods, and are unwilling to take a principled stand. The word 'Socialised' refers to 'Socialisation' which is a concept in sociology, and is basically the process by which we assume the culture and ideas of the society in which we live.
