My interpretation of this song is about a friend of Joey acts like a complete dickhead day-in day out. Forgetful, ignorant, and stupid - Even his friends notice it, but he doesn't seem to care. Joey gets sick of it and the friendship obviously turns to hatred over time.
This is one of lagwagons better songs. I like this song quite a bit myself. I would recomend buying the CD or downloading this song.
