I think its about someone who has been released/escaped from a mental hospital and they wannna stab themselves in the face because the bad thoughts inside there head has told them too.
@darkdavo If you believe that because of the sentence "psycho-doors break down", it only means that your brain let the negative thoughts roam free and take over. \r\n\r\nWhat is scary about these lyrics is that this can happen to everyone. I have been there, but luckily got out of it by shutting those thoughts away, thinking positive and start doing stuff. \r\n\r\nBut the thoughts are always there deep down in your mind. Keep them locked away.

i can't believe there aren't any posts here.... this song is gorgeous. everything is perfectly timed by arch enemy. lyrics are incredible... just beyond belief. i can't believe how deep and meaningful they are, this song drives me insane with feelings of love, hate, anger, depression and utter ecstasy. brilliant song. i want angela (vocalist) gossow's babies.... no wait... i want her to have my babies... whatever. rock on

this is an amazing song, even by arch enemy's high standards, and remains one of my favourites. Finally, a frontwoman with talent AND beauty on the death metal scene.
