I'm not sure exactly how to reply on this one...I think that yes, there is a certain amount of stuff you can say in a song, and it's only so much. Maybe the guy was talking about a particular situation which he had absolutely no control over and didn't even really understand...
I also think thast both guys and girls are the heartbreakers and as usual both will be pointing the finger at each other for eternity and never looking at themselves.
I'm a chick yes. And I can't say I've never broken anybody's heart cos I have, and I can't say I've never had mine broken, cos that's happened too. But I'm lucky...I'm in a long-term relationship with the greatest guy ever...Jesus Christ..and He never breaks hearts, He just mends them. So I guess there is something to be said for girls too :D

In my opinion, guys and girls are equal heartbreakers. I've been crushed by guys in the past, and I know I've done my share of it, too.
This song describes exactly how I am feeling right now. Right now, I am the "heart breaker" because of one stupid mistake with my girlfriend, and it doesn't look like she will forgive me/take me back, and i know that I hurt her, but I'm also hurting too, and I think this song describes that perfectly.
Jesus should never be left out of anything.
