First part sounds like its about going down on someone she shouldnt have been, then moves on to talking about how her kid was taken away from her, then about the band breaking up and i think theres hints of drug use scattered about.
Another great Hersh song, along with Black Francis, she's the best songwriter of her generation.
Anyway, I think Listerine covers up the alcohol.
