I think this song is about depression or despair. About not knowing where you are in life, what to do, and are lost.

The beginning of this song sounds like someone just talking about getting older - it being harder to stand and sit, or being slower. Not really old, just out-of-prime old. I can't figure out if the middle part is a direct reference to paying for sex or just an allusion to sex in the media/etc. I also love the last part about meanings.
And the horn fadeout/in. Awesome.
