User Friendly Lyrics
Use me when you want to come
I've bled just to have your touch
When I'm in you I want to die
User friendly fucking dopestar obscene
Will you die when you're high
You'd never die just for me
She says,
"I'm not in love, but I'm gonna fuck you 'til somebody better comes along."
Use me like I was a whore
Relationships are such a bore
Deleted the ones that you've fucked
User friendly fucking dopestar obscene
Will you die when you're high
You'd never die just for me
She says,
"I'm not in love, but I'm gonna fuck you 'til somebody better comes along."
I've bled just to have your touch
When I'm in you I want to die
Will you die when you're high
You'd never die just for me

yeah. people base relationships way too much on sex. its disgusting and i think thats what marilyn manson was trying to point out in this song. it's obviously not a happy song like "oh yeah! do me and dump me! woohoo!" i mean LISTEN TO IT ..
Use me when you wanna come - he's getting used I've bled just to have your touch - he's been hurt for her When I'm in you I wanna die. - he probably lets himself get used by her and feels like shit about it but cant help it. etc etc etc
Well, this exactly shows how much songmening depends on person who is listing to it. This line has different meaning. Now..

Use me when you wanna come - he's priceless I've bled just to have your touch - he's desperate When I'm in you I wanna die. - he wants to die in that exact moment in order to fell the lust forever

I think it's very strange that so many people miss what I think is clear irony that makes up basically this whole song. Like most MM songs, this one is a rather scathing commentary on modern American society, where it has become increasingly acceptable to have sex at random, without consideration for the long-term effects on both partners.
The term "use" does not have good connotations in the sexual sense. If it is understood that an encounter is "just about sex", truly understood by both partners, then nobody is being "used". The only way that word enters into things is when one person takes advantage of the other to get something (sex, in this case).
Seriously, how many people do you know that want to be "used like a whore"? Not as a fantasy, but as a reality.
@CorrDarklight I don't think this is particularly referring to taking advantage of someone in the term "use". The protagonist of the song, most likely Omega, is asking to be used, and as such, this would most likely mean something more in the way of "Go on and do it, I don't feel it."

I agree with CorrDarklight, I think this has more to do with being taken advantage of. For instance, the line "You'd never die just for me", means you'll fuck whoever will make you die (die is another word for orgasm) even if your already fucking me. "When I'm in you I want to die" kind of means being denied your own pleasure even though the other person gets it. "Use me like I was a whore" is also another clear indicator its someone getting taken advantage of and not just friends with benefits.
This is one of the 7 songs about a satire and exaggeration of rock stars.
User Friendly is Omega glorifying blatant promiscuity. Its defeatist, and pessimistic; its a kind of a "why-try" kind of attitude and a self-loathing, sexual feeling of need and desperation for affection.
haha, perfect song for a wedding
This song makes me cry. No one should be treated like their just some piece of trash just being used untill there's someone better. Part of the crying is from personal stuff not just the honost lyrics. But anyways great song.
in the age of the "booty call", this song is a strong statement...monogamy isnt in our nature...i think that is what this is about... when its just about sex, you dont have to worry about feelins and being hurt
This song describes exactly how I feel about someone right now. It's almost the standard in today's times for sex not to mean anything. Friends with benefits is the ultimate relationship. You get a cool person to hang with and talk to, you get ass, and you don't get stuck dealing with all the emotional aspects that come with relationships. There's nothing wrong with it as long as everyone is operating on the same level.
what ever happened to just plain ole loving the person that you are with and not just for sex?
Apparently overrated.

This song rocks. I felt this way a few times before. And now I think of it, yeah it isn't all that great just getting a fuck on randomly...(im lying). ok, anyone who thinks this song isn't great, sucks. I can see how he is kinda making fun of our world today. It would be like, me finding a guy, saying "yeah he's pretty cool" then getting it on. the next day it's like nothing happened. I'm basically saying this song was a huge part in this past year and last summer. Use me like I was a whore Relationships are such a bore Deleted the ones that you've fucked
so tru, so tru.
