It's obvious from the lyrics t their songs, that Jessie is deeply spiritual/Christian and I think this song is about realising that there is a God, and that by realising this, he also realises that he has to change.

BOTH HOWARD AND JESSE SING THIS SONG . ITS A DUET. it was both of them. cant u tell theres 2 different voices. if u love KSE u should b able to tell the difference. Howard has a deepr voice than jesse's. yup jsut wanted to get that straight.

i totally agree with quiffporn on this. jesse has made a huge impact on my life and on my music. but def boy is wrong... its called dubbing. its not a duet. they just dubbed adams voice over jesse's

it depends which one you listen to...jesse sung on the original from the self-titled release but on the end of heartache disc 2 howard covers it

Jesse sings the melody and then its multitracked with either him or Adam D doing the "i am" shouts...

When KsE released the deluxe edition of The End Of Heartache it had a rerecorded version of irreversal on with Howard singin...

On Take This Oath Both Howard and Jesse sing. Maybe you should listen and here both voices. Or go buy the DVD which tells you.
