The song is all wacky and unserious, and I think in that line he says a small message that you shouldn't be an uptight asshole all the time and try to take shit less seriously like Jimmy.

actually, a ghetto blaster is a way to smoke pot, out of a 20 oz bottle. and it makes sence, so this bs about speakers doesnt have anything to do with rest. amazing band though. =]
