Girls from 7-11 stay up all night
24 hours a day
I say girls from 7-11 stay up all night
7 whole days a week
I say girls from 7-11 stay up all night
And I can get a discount
She may not be good-looking
She may not be good no, no, no
She might not get down with the pussy
But she stays up all
Niiiight
She stays up all
Niiiight
Girls from 7-11 stay up all night
24 hours a day
From 7-11 stay up all night
7 whole days a week
From 7-11 stay up all night
And I can get a discount
She may not be good-looking
She may not be good no, no, no
She might not get down with the pussy
But she stays up all night
A woo hoo hoo
A woo hoo hoo
She may not be good-looking
She may not be good-looking
She may not be good-looking
But she stays up all
Niiiight
She stays up all
Niiiight
She stays up all night
She stays up all night
She stays up all night
She stays up all
Niiiight
She stays up all
Niiiight
She stays up all
Niiiight
She stays up all night

just like every other mindless song, the words suck. but unless we are discussing poetry, thats not all that matters. i like their music alot.

The only girls I see at seven eleven use broken english, smell musky and actually have testicles. I wish there was a seven elven where a girl worked throughout the night then maybe I would not have to revert to buying porn.

Jimmy just wants a girl from 7-11 because then he can get a discount on his Slurpee addiction.

yay one of my favorite msi songs. this song kicks so much ass... at first i thought it was about hookers. but the words dont really matter in msi songs, jimmy just spits anything and everything into the mic. the music is what matters and that it gets you high on it. oh and littlejimmyurine, its true that its meant to be funny and i think most people think so too even if they dont post it. maybe itd be like stating the obvious. so for that and for misspelling, id say you're the one that's not "to" bright.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer

In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Cajun Girl
Little Feat
Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
