My favorite James Bond song. I was surprised it was by Sheryl Crow until I Dled it. D:
I think it´s pretty obvious. It is about a woman (Bond girl) in love with a spy (Bond probably). The man left her and now she is waiting for him to return. "Tomorrow never dies", she has hopes to see him in a future.
