Oh and the line "The First Lady is a fucking lez" Greg later commented on this, saying that it was not calling Nancy Reagan a lesbian, it just rhymed, and he was young so it didn't seem to be a problem.

Are you serious? This one is easy, Bad Religion in the early days was pretty much face value, especially WWIII. It's about the political environment of the 80's and how it seemed to be taking the cold war into WWIII.
