Being a slave to conformity is a bitch of a life. Society says the 'ideal' life is pursueing that goddamn American Dream. They say the way to be a good person and patriot is to comply to the system and shut your fucking mouth. That's a FUCKED UP life. We live in a time where sedition is patriotism. Where democracy makes more talk less action. I think that Greg is saying that society is bound in slavery to the lies of the system and they're not really living.
